Our 2026 Annual Report has been published, capturing a landmark year in the establishment of Waikato Waters.
In the months leading up to Day One, our establishment team, shareholder councils and delivery partners worked together to build the foundations for Waikato Waters. From putting systems and governance frameworks in place to onboarding suppliers and assembling a workforce ready for operations, a significant amount of work was completed to bring the organisation to life.
The report reflects the collective effort behind creating our new water services organisation, the extensive readiness work completed ahead of 1 July 2026, and our commitment to delivering trusted, sustainable water and wastewater services for the communities we serve.
