Waikato Waters has launched a regional asset management programme that will coordinate infrastructure investment, condition assessments, and renewal planning across all six shareholding council areas.
The programme replaces six separate council-led approaches with a single regional view — making it easier to prioritise the highest-need works, share specialist resources, and deliver a more consistent customer experience.
Asset condition reports, the regional renewal pipeline, and prioritisation methodology will be published on the Document Library as they are finalised.
